All our meat is sourced locally, rubbed and smoked onsite to ensure mouth watering flavours. Each dish comes with chunky chips, onion rings, pickle and choice of selected sides and is finished on the pit to enhance our smoking techniques
All our steaks are locally farmed and sourced from our award winning butcher. We have our steaks wet aged to deliver flavour and textures to the chosen cuts. All our meat is prepped and cooked in house using only the freshest and finest products we can find.
