Here at FirePit BBQ Sheffield we are extremely proud of our fresh food approach ensuring our customers keep coming back to us time after time.Β  We use the finest of ingredients to ensure we deliver mouth watering dishes for our customers.

Our range of sauces and marinades on our menu are made in our kitchen from fresh ingredients providing mind blowing flavours and nutrition.Β  Our sauces are designed to perfectly complement our beef, chicken, lamb and our veggie options ensuring each and every one of our customers enjoy their favourite dishes.

Whether it’s meat from the smoker, handmade burgers or freshly made dough all products are prepped and cooked in our kitchen from fresh every single day.

The new social scene for pre night cocktails, last orders or simply take the weight off your feet at Firepit, West Street. Why not sample our freshly made cocktails, expansive wine selection and exclusive to Firepit; smoking cocktails from our in house pit.

Full table service is available with the option to add bar snacks until late daily. Put your feet up and take in the atmosphere while we wait on you.

OUR STEAKS

All our steaks are locally farmed and sourced from our award winning butcher.
We have our steaks wet aged to deliver flavour and textures to the chosen cuts.
All our meat is prepped and cooked in house using only the freshest and finest products we can find.

Brisket
Smoked for 12 hours
Babyback
Smoked for 3 hours
Beef rib
Smoked for 5 hours
Steaks
Smoked and tenderised for 20 mins cooked to required taste on grill
Pork
Marinated in apple cider overnight. Rubbed and smoked for 12 hours
Chicken
In house marinated smoked for 2 hours. A pink ring is natural to see due to smoking.
Lamb shank
Marinated and smoked for 5 hours. Basted in lamb stock gravy.

I have 15 years in the kitchen industry working at some cult venues across Sheffield. Set up numerous restaurants over the years including family run bistros. Food is my passion, my life and I take unprecedented pride in all work I undertake.
